Gabriel Velazquez, Founder of Antfluent

Canadian companies are making Claude decisions right now. Most are doing it without anyone who was in the room when this technology became real.

Gabriel Velazquez was in that room. From 2024 to April 2026, he was Anthropic's first go-to-market lead and applied AI solutions architect at AWS. He launched every Claude product that reached enterprise. He built AWS's global technical guild of Claude specialists trained across the globe. He designed the Claude Code production guidance adopted by over 1,200 companies.

Before Claude, Gabriel spent his career building things that mattered. He worked at TELUS during the 4G rollout. He spent time at Apple on channel programs. He led the first core banking migration of a Canadian credit union to cloud infrastructure. These are not adjacent roles. They are the same work: find where a new technology genuinely changes what is possible, and build the bridge between that technology and the people who need to use it.

The thesis behind Antfluent is simple. Claude is a new type of computer. Proficiency matters. The gap between organizations that know how to use it and organizations that do not will compound quickly. Canadian organizations need someone who was in the room when this became real.

He left AWS to bring that knowledge home.

Gabriel is based in Vancouver. He teaches in Toronto whenever the workshop calendar allows.
